Tottenham Hale has been a place in transition for a number ofyears. The ambition is for Tottenham Hale to become a vibrant and thriving Town Centre, set in an active green neighbourhood with a range of leisure facilities and high-quality green
spaces. Now, 10 years since the vision for Tottenham Hale was drafted a number ofmajor projects have completed or are in delivery, including 3,200 new sustainable homes, including over 600 high-quality council homes, a new multi-purpose health
centre and exemplar green spaces. A range of shops and workspaces will breathe life into the neighbourhood with a diverse Town Centre improving liveability for new and existing residents.
